2008 Goals

from Journal...after the last two weeks felt it was better to put it more public where I'd see it daily as I may not journal daily.

1. Create Monthly
  • 1 crochet project
  • 1 sewn project
  • 10 cards
  • 5 scrapbook layouts
  • 1 other crafty item

2. Eat Healthy
  • eat at home
  • try new recipes
  • manage portions
  • eat from garden

3. Play Healthy
  • yoga
  • walk/play with kids & husband
  • swim
  • garden

4. Nourish the Mind
  • read at least 1 book a month
  • journal weekly
  • meditate on Mondays

5. Declutter mind, body, space
  • Continue baby steps with flylady
  • Wash 2 loads a day
  • Wash dishes daily
  • 27-fling boogie once a week.

MOST IMPORTANT: in times of high stress, take care of 2, 3, and 4. Let others help with 5. Let 1 go and don't be upset about it...it's not supposed to be the cause of the stress.
