3. Play Healthy
- yoga
- walk/play with kids & husband
- swim
- garden
4. Nourish the Mind
- read at least 1 book a month
- journal weekly
- meditate on Mondays
5. Declutter mind, body, space
- Continue baby steps with flylady
- Wash 2 loads a day
- Wash dishes daily
- 27-fling boogie once a week.
MOST IMPORTANT: in times of high stress, take care of 2, 3, and 4. Let others help with 5. Let 1 go and don't be upset about it...it's not supposed to be the cause of the stress.
