Asian Flare Meatballs

  • Frozen meatballs, cooked
  • 8 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 8 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 tsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ cup apricot
  • ½ cup red plum jelly 
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low and stir until sauce thickens. Add meatballs. Serve as an appetizer or over rice
