- Frozen meatballs, cooked
- 8 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 8 Tbsp. ketchup
- 4 tsp. rice vinegar
- ½ cup apricot
- ½ cup red plum jelly
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low and stir until sauce thickens. Add meatballs. Serve as an appetizer or over rice
